“Duck Pizza”

I’m starting a new feature called “What’s Cooking?”. We’ve been cooking a lot, especially here in Spain, so many posts will be of our homemade meals.

For those of you in the know, pizza is the way to my heart, therefore, pizza night happens at least a few times a month.

 Left-overs are a god send – from cold, congealed duck, to pizza perfection!

(pesto sauce, chopped tomatoes, red onion, arugula, mozzarella and feta cheeses and left-over duck)
